In a classroom, there are students with varying abilities and challenges. In order to address individual (student) academic needs, regardless of students abilities and challenges the teaching learning process must be flexible and education should be inclusive. In inclusive classroom, the teacher accept, understand and attend the students differences and diversity. These differences and diversity include physical, cognitive, academic, social and emotional. In such classroom, the driving principle is to make all students feel welcome, appropriately challenged and supported in their efforts. Adopting this principle will transform the teaching learning process into a more meaningful one.
