Module 3: Activity 2: Fitness activities

Games, sports and some physical activities that we do in day to day life promote emotional health and well-being. Examples of some activities are 

Indoor activities:  Crawl under tables, Use an object to practice balance, Jumping jacks, Dancing, Yogic activities …. 

Outdoor activities: Climbing a ladder, Jumping, crawling, and walking from one area to another, Zig-zag running between obstacles, Jump over various objects, Walking, ...Share some games, sports and activities, which help in fitness under each column.

Health is of prime importance in the well-being of a person especially for children during their different stages of development when the tissues and muscles are undergoing constant changes.     “Sedentary behaviour” means time spent doing very little physical activity, such as sitting at a computer, playing video games, or watching television. Children and teens should spend less time on these activities and more time being active.

We can include pick and compare for indoor on one side of classes we can put a problem on mathematics and on other side a chit of solution is there we tell student to pick the problem from one side and to other side they should get the ans of solution and keep it in appropriate manner. For outdoor we can use solving problems at each obstacles and run to get to finishing point.
